Topic: Cherry Blossoms
Learn to draw the individual blossoms, the branches and the whole tree in this session.
If you register before January 23, you will receive six Watercolour Monday Sessions for $135 instead of $150. In addition to the discount, you get the convenience of not having to register for each session on an individual basis.

Watercolour Jellyfish
We will paint the fantastically coloured and shaped jellyfish in this session. This will be a great opportunity to practice brushwork and colour mixing in a playful and fun way.

Watercolour Wreaths
Celebrate the festive season by painting some watercolour wreaths. We will make 2-3 wreaths staring with a willow one, to a christmas one and a fantasy floral one.

Christmas Cactus
This session we will be painting Christmas Cactus including details of leaves and flowers as well as the entire plant. Learn to mix a variety of greens and pinks (it is recommended to have pink waterolour such as Rose Madder, Permanent Rose or Opera). If nor you can use reds.

Pumpkins
This session we will be painting pumpkins. This is a great way to learn how to work with one colour (orange) and how to make a three-dimensional form. We will use a range of pumpkin examples including heritage varieties.

Dahlias
Dahlias are everybody’s favourite fall flower. So varied, so beautiful, always verging on being the most ostentascious flower of the fall garden. And while you might love the flower, you probably think it is impossible to paint one, right? Wrong… in this session you will learn step-by-step approaches to paint these flowers both realistically and abstracted.

Sweet Peas
In this session you will paint the lovely and delicate sweet pea flowers. The session will focus on single flowers, leaves and tendrils as well as drawing a bouquet in a jar of water. Bring a pink watercolour (permanent rose, rose madder or opera as well as your reqular watercolours (see “SUPPLIES” below)
